Payment Policy – VALZO

This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed on the VALZO app/website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment modes:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

Wallets (if supported by the payment gateway)


We may add or remove payment options anytime.

2. Online Payment Safety

1. All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.


2. VALZO does NOT store:

Card numbers

UPI PIN

OTP

Passwords



3. Your payment details remain encrypted and protected.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. COD is available in selected locations only.


2. Customers must pay the full amount at delivery.


3. Fake COD orders or refusal to accept delivery may lead to:

Order blocking

Account suspension

No COD option for future orders

4. Payment Confirmation

Online payment customers will receive confirmation by SMS/email/app notification.

COD customers will receive order confirmation only after placing the order.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed only when:

The supplier approves a return, or

The order is cancelled due to product unavailability


Refund Timeline:

Online Payments: 3–7 working days (as per bank/UPI policy)

COD orders: refund will be sent to the customer’s UPI ID

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails but the money is deducted:

Amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/UPI within 2–5 working days.

If not received, customers can contact us with the transaction ID.
