Return & Refund Policy

Return & Replacement Policy – VALZO

At VALZO, we aim to deliver the correct and quality products to every customer.
This Return & Replacement Policy applies to all orders placed through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

βœ” Wrong product received

βœ” Damaged product received

βœ” Missing items in the package

βœ” Defective or non-functional product

In these cases, customers will receive a replacement.

2. Return Request Time Limit

Return or replacement requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Required Proof

To process a return, the customer must provide:

3–4 clear photos of the product

Photo of the packaging box

A short video showing the defect (for electronics or non-working products)


These details are required for supplier approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Food & snacks (if opened or consumed)
❌ Used personal care products
❌ Jewellery without damage
❌ Clothing (size issues or change of mind)
❌ Books (if used or damaged by the customer)

5. Replacement Process

1. Customer submits a return/replacement request.


2. Supplier reviews photos/videos for verification.


3. Upon approval, a new product will be shipped.



Note:
Refund is only provided in rare cases where replacement is not available.

6. Refund Policy (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only if:

Replacement product is not available, or

Supplier approves the return, and

Product pickup is completed


Refund Method: UPI / Bank Transfer
Refund Time: 3–7 working days

7. Return Pickup Rules

Product must be in original condition

All accessories (cables, box, etc.) must be returned

Customer must hand over the product to the pickup partner


If the customer refuses pickup, the return request will be cancelled.

8. VALZO’s Role

VALZO operates as a reselling and order-support platform.
Product quality, warranty, and return approvals are handled by suppliers.

We assist customers throughout the process, but final approval is given by the supplier.
